Resizing images #659

Is it possible to add the markdown annotation for resizing images ? eg ![](./pic/pic1_50.png =100x20) If it is in there, then I cant seem to get it working im on 0.7.3

Wanted to push this. Do you use Bountysource or something?

There is a project page on Bountysource. Problem is that currently the main developers are pretty quiet (busy on something else or a bit feature for Laverna), so probably a third party dev will need to do this. But posting a bounty or something else can never hurt :)
