Just installed Laverna on Ubuntu. Want to make shortcut in Application Bar permanent. For all other programs, I right-click and select lock.

Laverna does not allow a lock.

Any links to help?

It is working for me. I am using Ubuntu 16.04 and Laverna-0.7.51 x64.
