[Feature Suggestion] Dropbox Sync Delay #977

Hi Laverna Team!

When I use Laverna app for macOS with enabled Dropbox Sync and then write a long note I received a lot of desktop notification from Dropbox about sync.

Could you please add an option to the settings for configuring dropbox synchronization delay?
