@sailboatskipper Long term I'd recommend migrating to encryptic (of course I would, I'm the repo owner :)) once we have a stable version, but in the interim, every time I've seen this reported, it's been because the user was running docker also, which competes for port 9000. I'd make sure that you kill that first. You can check if it's running by opening the url http://localhost:9000.
