Fixed the hCaptcha issue #54

@LaxLacks, the fixes in this branch fix most known issues with the launcher, and also allow it to work even when the capcha pops up, which are nice fixes from Jizheng. It includes all changes from my fork, and then all changes from Jizhengs. Consider this a sign-off for this change.

  1. Remove the auto-fresh function since the browser can now handle this itself.
  2. Fix a few bugs.
