What is "DO_NOT_TRUST_FiddlerRoot"? #116

When i run LawinServer.exe my pc asks me if i want to install a certificate named "DO_NOT_TRUST_FiddlerRoot" I dont know what it is, and i looked at a tutorial, and they didnt get that issue. I hope someone can help.
