Disable Christmas lobby in Season 2 versions after its intended removal #17

Patch 2.2.0 was released on the same day the Season 2 Winter event ended. The Christmas lobby was also disabled. Therefore, the Christmas lobby should only be present on patches 1.11 and 2.1 for accuracy.
