VCOMP120.DLL is missing #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install lawlietfox-33.0.2-1-win64-vc12-betterpgo-blend.7z
2. run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Popup:

The program can't start because VCOMP120.DLL is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

lawlietfox-33.0.2-1-win64-vc12-betterpgo-blend

Please provide any additional information below.

When I installed and run 32-bit version it worked OK.
I do not have Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 installed on my (64-bit) machine.
