Procedural Stages not spawning Props/Interactables/Enemies after visiting a regular stage #10

(this could an issue on my end for having such a large modpack)

When playing the mod with both the regular stages and procedural stages in the pool, I’ve noticed after playing a base game stage, all future procedural generated stages spawn no props, no chests, no enemies, and no teleporter until I restart the game. This does not happen with all procedural stages on as no regular stages are in the pool, unless you visit a base game stage first, then turn on the option.

I tried running a little test. I had my entire modpack enabled, so there is a lot of bloat to this file, and errors unrelated to this mod.

What I did, was that I loaded in with "Replace All Stages" enabled, which gave me a perfectly fine procedural stage.

Then I turned "Replace All Stages" off and loaded a run. I got unlucky and rolled a procedural stage, that generated everything, except the teleporter.

I loaded another run, got unlucky again and rolled a procedural stage again, except this time it generated everything perfectly fine.

I loaded yet another run, got Distant Roost, left the run, turned "Replace All Stages" back on, loaded into one final run, and boom, it was bugged and no props, interactables, anything but the stage layout itself spawned.

I have attached the log file, a screenshot showing what the stage looks like, and a screenshot of the log of an error I found when the stage failed to load everything. It only pops up when the stage fails to load almost everything, so maybe somewhere around here in the log will tell you whats going on?
