[Feature Request] Use custom artifact to enable procedural generation #19

To start, I've been loving this mod. The only issue I have is needing to restart my game to enable and disable the procedural generation. This could be solved by utilizing a custom artifact that can be enabled and disabled in the pregame lobby.

Not sure how much work it would take, but definitely something that would make it easy to toggle the mod effects as desired.

Hi, you can disable the procedural generation by making the spawn rate of the procedural stage to 0% in the game menu. I don't really want to put the mod behind an artifact, because it makes it harder to play the mod on eclipse and simulacrum.
