[BUG] Transparent themed icons don't work

Describe the bug

When you enable the Transparent Theme Icons setting, the background of the icons is replaced with black regardless of the theme.

Steps to reproduce

Home Settings → General → Enable "Transparent Themed Icons" → Back to your home screen.

Expected behavior

Transparent background.

Do you happen to keep a list of operating systems and how well they are supported?

If not, then I suggest making it and describing 3 columns there.

1. OS.
2. Current condition (few bugs, many bugs, crashes, etc.).
3. Maintenance plan (yes, planned, and "no" for the rest).

This will help users make a choice whether to install a new version on an OS, and for you to reduce the number of bug reports that are unlikely to be fixed.

This has been the result on all the android 11 devices I tried. Set the themed icon for Home Screen only and not Home and App drawer. Then select LawnCoins as the icon provider and it will show transparent icons on the home screen.
