[BUG] frozen in samsung foldable phone

Describe the bug

While I am testing it on Samsung Fold 3, I usually get frozen for a few seconds or sometime need to restart it.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set launcher to default
2. Open a random application
3. Fold in the phone but not open the small screen
4. Then fold out and swipe to home screen
5. Now Launcher still get all the event and work well, except that nothing redraw so it feel like frozen.

Expected it work normal
