Adds Kagi to the search functionality in lawn chair.

Why would it be useful to add?

Kagi is a new and high quality paid search engine that aggregates results from multiple sources. Its use is increasing amongst many software developers and privacy enthusiasts. Adding Kagi to the search functionality would benefit users who pay for it greatly by integrating it into their home screen.
