[BUG] Navigation bar overlay broken in gesture navigation when Lawnchair set as recents provider

Describe the bug

There are two handles whenever gesture navigation is enabled and lawnchair is set as recents provider using QuickSwitch.

As seen in 3 button navigation everything appears normal

Whenever it is switched to gesutre navigation two handles appear while only the lower longer handle works and show the taskbar when tapped even if disabled.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Lawnchair as default provider using QuickSwitch
2. Go into settings and enable gesture navigation
3. Two handles appear

Expected behavior

Only a single handle should appear

Any upcoming fixes for it? It's a bit inconvenient not being to use gesture navigation.
