[BUG] Wallpaper accent color no longer applies to widgets #4650

Describe the bug

Ever since lawnchair 12, custom and wallpaper accent colors are no longer applied to material you Widgets, unless you change monet coloring.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open settings and go to general
  2. Set wallpaper/custom accent color
  3. Add any material you widget to home-screen
  4. See error

Expected behavior

When a custom or wallpaper accent color is set, the widget should change color, but this no longer happens.

Additional context

Note: you can get the Widgets to change color by using applications such as Color Blendr or Repainter, and I also think this is caused by Oneui's implementation of monet.

And the issue still persists in the latest nightly builds.
