Recent apps selector becomes incredibly sluggish after a couple of hours of Lawnchair usage

Describe the bug

After using the launcher for a while you'll notice that switching between apps (not fast) feels VERY sluggish like it has a 30Hz refresh rate (which is not device minimum, it's set to 120Hz).

I'm using the transparency option provided by Lawnchair in the recent apps. The issue goes away for a bit when you restart Lawnchair or disable and then reenable transparency in the recents. I will also check if it is sluggish with transparency disabled and will edit this issue accordingly.

EDIT: The recents section still becomes sluggish without transparency enabled too.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set Lawnchair as your home launcher
Use your phone as you would for a couple of hours
Try to navigate between the recent apps and see

Expected behavior

It should not be sluggish at all when navigating the recent apps, just like it is after restarting Lawnchair

I found a solution, just set the battery optimization option of the native launcher to never!

I set my refresh rate to drop from 120Hz to 60Hz when the battery reaches <=20%. I am gonna disable this setting and use my system for some time. could you say with more detail what you did in the settings please?

like this，if sometimes the problem come back ，you should press “force stop”，then it will goes well.
