[FEATURE] Don't shrink the screen too much when moving icons

Describe the feature

When moving icons, the screen shrinks to show the Remove button on top. The screen reduction is too much, making the icon labels too small to read and making it too small that it is covered by your finger. Screen reduction on top makes sense because of the Remove button but why also reduce from the bottom when it only shows the small page indicator dots?

Why would it be useful to add?

1. The icons on the reduced screen are too small. It is harder to rearrange icons. My finger is completely covering the small icons when dragging an icon on top of them.
2. The size difference is too jarring. Other launchers don't resize because they don't display buttons on top. For other launchers that do, Lawnchair has the most screen reduction. It's very noticeable if you're moving the topmost or lowest icons.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

If the buttons are moved to the popup menu, then we don't have to shrink the homescreen at all when removing or editing icons or widgets.
