[DISCUSSION] Implement a Bounty System in the App #700

About this discussion

Hello! Love the Lawn Icons project. I value consistency in my launcher icons highly, and would love to support the development of the project. In other icon packs I have used, there is an icon request system, where a user can request a certain set of icons be completed for a fee right from the icon pack app. I would do this all the time with Borealis, my other icon pack of choice. They simply had a flat rate for each icon requested. I think it might be a healthy way to help the project contributors out, and get the icons that people care about the most done quickest.

It could be integrated into the app itself, or via the Google Form for icon requests. Maybe it could also be tied into a GitHub workflow where an issue is opened with the bounty listed. If multiple users request the same icon, the bounty issue could add together the sum of all users who requested it.

And if implementing an actual system for this is out of scope, perhaps I can donate directly in exchange for some of my favorite icons to be done ahead of the rest of the queue.

For the development versions with new icons, go to the [Actions](https://github.com/LawnchairLauncher/lawnicons/actions) tab, click the first workflow run, and scroll and find the Debug Apk.

I previously used Outline Icons and loved the way we could request icons easily within the app. Might be worth checking it as inspiration!
