"Roles, Internal and Portal Subordinates" sharing when Experience Cloud disabled #113

When "Roles, Internal and Portal Subordinates" option is selected but Digital Experiences is disabled in the org, assessment is looking for the role group ending with "RoleAndSubordinates", however this doesn't exist.

Assessment should instead check for RoleAndSubordinatesInternal in this situation
