Resolves issues around dynamically subscribing.
Resolves issues with pedals/handbrake output hitching when some devices are not connected.
Only selected settings panel is subscribed to connection manager. This massively cuts down on the bandwidth used and completely resolves hitching due to devices not being connected.
Default sizing was changed. You can no longer resize the window past it's smallest sane size.
Add warning about H-Pattern settings being there only for show.
