Validation regarding moving concepts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I moved a concept to another parent concept.
2. This process is not being validated.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is very important for the future that also this action needs to be validated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Yes, I agree with this point, along with this we should also need validation 
function for link and unlink concept.

I checked this issue, moving a concept, but it is neither shown in the 
'validation' list nor in the list of 'recent changes'
