GUI improvement - "learn more" button #453

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"learn more" button links to an outdated flyer. 

Please replace the buttono with "Learn more about the AGROVOC Concept Scheme 
Workbench", and make that link to 
http://aims.fao.org/workbench/help/aboutus_help 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
