deletion of concepts: dialog box shows names of concept in all languages #462

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select any concept
2. click "delete"
3. read the dialog box that pops up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The dialog box reports the names of the to-be-deleted concept in all languages. 
This happens because a concept is like the "union" of all terms used in all 
languages to name it, so its OK. On the other hand one may wander if one should 
also be informed that if she only wants to delete terms (as opposed to concept) 
should act on the term panel.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mozilla on Win XP. 

Please provide any additional information below.

I was logged in as aministrator, languages: EN and ES

Sachit, before/while implementing the popup, can you please send us a detailed 
description of what the WB actually does in case of deletion of concepts. This 
is for inclusion in the guidelines for editors. So the sooner we have it the 
better, as the Spanish translation is starting next week!

- If we delete the concept, then the concept status will be changed to proposed 
deprecated. 
- After validation, it will be changed to Deprecated.
- Currenlty, even if the concept is deprecated, all the terms associated to it 
will not be deprecated.
- And, all the child concepts will also not be deprecated.
- So deleting the concept will have effect only on the selected concept.

I have stated the current process and effect. Please check if the current 
process is ok and decided what information should be displayed for this issue. 

After the finalization of content, we can add the display message.
