issue about issue tracker!! #465

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ooen the "issues" page
2. see column "opened"
3. the first issues shown date back to 2007

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see issues order by inverse chronologial order (ie. most recent 
first), or by their status. Having all the time to reorder the table not to see 
3-year-old issues is very annoying. 

Can you please either change default to have the most recent ones shown first, 
or simply delete all old issues? I am rather sure issues reported in 2007 are 
no longer important.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Issues will now order by inverse chronological order.
