which browser to use with the WB #466

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I found that the WB does not work equally well with all browser, ie. some 
browsers are to be recommended to users, in order to have all functionalities 
well supported. Classical phrasing is "this site is optimized for...."

Since in some cases the differeces in behaviour are very evident, please state 
this upfront, for example in the login screen. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

As Workbench is based on AJAX (GWT), it works better on the browser based on 
WebKit layout engine. 

Recommended in the order of preferences: 
1. Safari - WebKit (Based on KHTML, License: GNU LGPL,BSD-style)
2. Chrome - WebKit layout engine (Based on KHTML, License  GNU LGPL,BSD)
3. Mozilla Firefox - Gecko Engine (License: MPL/GPL/LGPL)
4. Internet Explorer - Trident layout engine (License: Proprietary MS-EULA)

Note: Use the latest version of all browsers.
