button "Reload concept" brings you to root level of hierarchy, ie. makes you lose the concept you were inspecting #477

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. inspect a concept
2. click button "Reload concept" (i did becuase i had some viz problem and I 
though that would refresh my view of the concept)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to have a refresh of the current view, instead I lose my position in 
the hierarchy and I am sent back to the root level of the hiearchy. 

I suggest either changing its behavious or simply removing the button. Note 
that in this way, it does the same as "reload" button in browser.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
