getURIByTermAndLangXML returns multiple results even with exact match

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 
http://202.73.13.50:55381/ACSWWebserviceV1Client/sampleACSWWebServiceProxy/Input
.jsp?method=151
2. Type "rice" in the term box, select one language and "exact match" 
3. System returns four URIs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One URI

Need it for AGRIS implementation so is important dependence.
