Suggested fixing on GUI labels and links

This issue is meant to collect _all_ suggested fixes/improvements about the 
GUI, especially for what concerns labels and links to external resources. There 
might be some repetitions with other issues. 

Top menus
1. Remove link Web services
2. Remove link provide feedback
3. Remove link Glossary
4. Remove link Help
5. Include link "VocBench Info" (or stgh like that, to be agreed upon). This 
link will point at a section on aims where all relevant info is gathered 
(documentation about VB, agrovoc etc).
6. move Sign out to far right as is commonly done in many web sites

7. Rename "Change language" as "Content language"

8. Administration: remove View site statistics, remove view comments. 

9. add link Preferences (content is currently under Administration)

Bottom stripe
1. remove Partners (? info could be moved in "VB infor")

Module Concepts. 
Tab Definition. 
1. Change label "Add translation" into "Add definition in other language". 
This is to prevent a problem I reported some time ago, when an editor mixed up 
"definitions" and "translations".

Reagrding points 1-5.: I disagree! From my experience, I find it quite useful 
to get with one mouse click to 'glossary', 'help', etc.

Point 6: I agree.
Point 7: I suppose you mean 'change content language'?
Point 8: I disagree! Why should it be removed? Anyway, this can only be viewed 
by 'validators', 'publishers' and 'administrators'.
Point 9: I agree.

Bottom stripe: I don't see any problems, so why remove?

Module concept, Tab definitions: yes, this is very useful!
