Visibility of fonts in concept navigation and change languages bar

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The font size is not visible on concept navigation and change languages bar
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The  background colour of these two bars can be changed or the font colour can 
be increased 
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Please remove the gradient of the menu bar colour and change to dark blue. 
Remove shadow from fonts
