problems with linking/unlinkig functionality #516

Unlinking

Given a concept, with the unlinking functionality, I can remove it from the 
list of childreno of its parent. 

Now, it is unclear if this should only be applied in case of more than one 
parent, or in any case. 

I tested that with a case of multiple parenthood: Amazon.  Note that if it is 
supposed to work in case of multiple parenthood, we cannot actually search for 
such concepts. So, it's also difficult to test...

I select Amazon, which is under geographical region, and under South America. 
Then click Unlink. Unclear which parent is removed.

Now, I assumed that with the linking functionality I could revert the situation 
to previous state. But, given a concept, it asks me for new child. I sort of 
expected to be asked for new parent. 

Then I go to geographical region and add Amazon as its new child. Then I am 
prompted to Amazon. Is that right? I sort of expected to stay on geographical 
region. 

As a recap, these functionalities:
- are not subject to validation  
- do not appear in list of Recent Changes
- their meaning is somewhat obscure

We will disable this functionality and put together a set of requirements for 
how to handle these situations.
