Adding an image

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I added an image to the concept maize.
2. In previous versions the little image was visible, now there is only an 
empty box (please see attachment).
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried in all version (sandbox and production version)

Please provide any additional information below.

Please try the following steps

Open the image in Firefox and right click on the image and select 'copy image 
location' and open it in separate tab
Now copy this link and paste in URL column, then you will find the small image.
