how to quit creation of new concept

If you are creating a new concept, you can stop the creation only while adding 
term and position in the hierarcy. Once these pieces of info have been entered, 
and you are prompted for the definition, you cannot actually stop the process 
there: you can only add a definition, whatever it is. 

Is the user for whatever reason cannot or doesnt want to add the definition, 
she should be able to stop there, or simple cancel the creation of the concept.
