As we agree to remove top concept biotech glossary, we will wait until the
latest version will be sent by the Bioglossary team to VocBench team. Then the
conversion will be done by Sachit.

It works fine is no concept is selected. If a concept is selected, and I click
on "add concept" I again get the choice between: child of the selected concept,
same level as... , top level concept.

We are trying to keep VocBench as generic as possible so that it can be used to
manage any kind of vocabulary. As biotech have flat structure, we should choose
only top level concept but in case of AGROVOC which have multiple hierarchy we
will need to choose among (top level, child of, same as) based on the
situation. So, it won't be good idea to restrict the choice of level of concept
based on the ontology. I think it would be better to instruct the biotech users
to always choose top level concepts as the biotech glossary have flat
hierarchal structure. Please suggest.

Yes I think we can live with this - the main problem was to show the full list
of concepts, so as long as we have removed the top-level biotech concept (which
was anyhow poor modelling of the domain) we should be okay. Hopefully speed
will be acceptable!
