User Registration form #558

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the user registration form there are some field marked with a red 
asterisk. But there is no indication what the red asterisk means.
2. Please add legend: "Mandatory field", or something like that.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
