Language of the user interface

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the present version (http://202.73.13.50:55123/vocbenchdevv1.3i/) the 
language of the user interface is in english and Hindi.

2. But when we go to prefrences and click on the Language of the user 
interface, in the drop down list it is showing 'Thai instead of Hindi'

3.Please find the attachement

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The system should show Hindi along with the script
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Language of the user interface will change the menu/text of the VB interface 
and currently only English and Thai is available.

But content language link will change the content (eg. term labels)

Could you please verify if this is the case?
