Warn user before deleting layer that is is contained in some map

We can enable such client's action by returning list of maps the layer is contained in within GET Workspace Layer response (in some new key).

We we can return e.g.

• only map name and map workspace of each map
• only one owner of each map
• only information that at least one map contains the layer
