If you download https://releases.drivechain.info/bip300301-enforcer-latest-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.zip the extracted folder bip300301-enforcer-latest-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.exe/ has an accidental file extension.
Not causing any problems for me, but if you guys fix that please let me know that the folder names changed
