Work on this issue after almost all functions are implemented.

npm start in vyper-remix
after npm install -gremix-ide, you can use global commandremix-ide`
Set plugin json for vyper-remix
vyper-remix will be added its own tab.
There would be only one button for compiling vyper code to bytecode.
after that, you can use run tab usually for sending transaction.
