add a hook to connect different trains #455

Describe the Suggestion

reason: it is not convenient enough to use train couplers and it is not very realistic hooks can be attached to bogeys(or let it be a blockstate of bogeys).its length can be changed in order to meet different carriage length. trains with hooks can be connected when they meet. players can unconnect hooks with wrench

Maybe that could be implemented as a function for the couplings added in the last update (Alongside the bugged track buffers).
