When providing a conductor with an input via Redstone Link, the conductor continues to move even after the Redstone Link is no longer powered resulting in difficultly stopping trains.

Reproduction Steps
Place Conductor in train contraption and provide a Redstone Link.
Configure Redstone Link inputs on Controller and then power a separate Redstone Link controlling one of the inputs.
Depower the Redstone Link and the Conductor continues forwards as if still receiving a powered input.
Expected Result
When the Redstone Link is no longer powered, the Conductor should slow to a stop and allow the player to retrieve the contraption or provide further instructions/alternate inputs.
