Just a small suggestion concerning the .env.

Rename .env to .env.example
Add .env to the .gitignore so that every time we update the repo it doesn’t overwrite our .env file

Feel free to merge it (or not).

Also changed the .env in the monitoring folder to avoid the same problem when pulling.
