Specify prometheus server URL in README.md #37

I was following the Metrics and Monitoring docs and for the life of me, I could not figure out why http://localhost:9090 was not working when I tried to add Prometheus as a datasource. Turns out, the default http://prometheus:9090 is what I needed and no change was required.

Making a small edit here so that future operators don't run into this.

yea apologies for confusion. This is due to how referencing in Docker containers using the names of container. thanks for the PR
