Added some basic docs for the newly added Grafana Alerting. I realized that maybe it's better to handhold folks when it comes to setting up notifications.
PS: Sorry for a bunch of formatting changes - for the life of me, I could not figure out how to disable the default formatter for VSCode for markdown file. Tried the following but to no avail. If the additional changes are a deal breaker, please let me know and I can do some workaround.
