current readme for holesky and mainnet is empty and once we have setups ready we can copy over goerli with minimal change and use it

the reason we have two separate readme with similar content is, we will iterate more over testnet and readme can diverge so accounting for that there will be some repetition. We can iterate further on how to minimize that.
