Eliminate SlashingLib.sol
Abstract EPM and SM behind a "ShareManager"
clearly define, explain, and use conversions between shares, stakeShares, and depositShares
rename stakerScalingFactor to depositScalingFactor
2.5kB reduction in DM codesize

Note: tests not updated, use forge b -C src/contracts
