Feature Request: Default value for custom gcode values #34

I have added the part cooling fan as custom information but I only get the spinning circle until at least once the fan speed has been set via gcode. would be nice to have some default value until the first value was received or processed.

@Thats why you can check "Only show while printer is printing"

If you don't think that is a good solution then reopen - then we can discuss the default value idea - but having one more option will just make even more clutter to an already cluttered interface 😄
