Describe the solution you'd like

The addition of things like Stocks/Pillory as new ways of locking up a cuffed player
ID tags, that can be used to change the player's displayed name ingame to things like "Prisoner 22A, or "Theif" or whatever while they are cuffed.
The ability to use cuffs on villagers
