ACE "@UTF" Signature not found #103

I'm having problems when trying to load Inazuma Eleven Beta files. What can I do? I remember using this same tool with a previous version but now it won't work.

The zip file includes one of the ACB and AWB i'm trying to use.

Both acb and awb appear to be encrypted, unfortunately. ACE wont be able to open them like that.
