AudioCueEditor: ADX files turn into a jumbled loud mess on playback #41

For example: acb and awb files from Persona 5 have ADX files in them, and they don't play back properly, like the title says, they turn into a jumbled buggy mess on playback. Sample: sound.zip

If I recall correctly VGAudio too has the same problem when you convert a adx file into another audio format. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/vgaudio/9nblggh4s2wn

This is a decoder issue and is outside of my ability to fix, unfortunately. ACE uses VGAudio for decoding/encoding purposes so the issue seems to be with that.

I've got at least 1 ACB here that uses ADX and it plays correctly, so this doesn't seem to be a blanket issue with all ADX at least.
