This combines a recent informal request for non-linked author/title templating, the filed issue for end notes, and an unfiled request from a while back for having templating in the work body.
Changes:
Add ${title-unlinked} and ${authors-unlinked} as templating keywords
Add a notes template that can be used for beginning notes, end notes, or both
Add keyword replacement to the work body in addition to the new notes template
Update options page to separate out templating keywords into a separate section
